Munascoping was born from a deep belief that cinema should reflect the way we live — across languages, cultures, and borders. After years navigating the worlds of international sales, production, festival coordination, and costume design, founder Mouna Diaj saw a gap: multilingual and multicultural films were underrepresented, and those that did exist often lacked the tailored strategies and global support needed to reach their full potential.
What began as a solo initiative in Tangier is now a growing movement — championing stories that speak in many voices, yet connect us all. With each film we support, Munascoping continues to push the boundaries of how stories are told, sold, and seen across the world.
